This Privacy Policy explains what information MimiGames ("we", "us", "this site") collects when you visit mimiserver.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum required to operate the site. We do not require registration and we do not ask for names, email addresses or payment details to play games. The categories of data involved are:

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our visitors based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Before enabling site-operated advertising, we will implement the consent controls required for the regions we serve. 5. Embedded games

Games on MimiGames are embedded from their developers' distribution networks. When a game runs, your browser communicates directly with the game provider's servers. Those providers may use their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies. We only embed games from established distribution platforms whose business model is built for third-party publication.

6. Children's privacy

MimiGames is a general-audience entertainment site and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not require accounts and do not collect names or contact details from visitors.
